Includes 16 pre-configured 1/6 poly pans, 9-1/4" poly cutting board, and 2 adjustable shelves for flexible food storage and prep layouts.
Self-contained refrigeration maintains 33° to 40°F with digital temperature control and automatic evaporation. Two solid hinged self-closing doors with stainless steel interior and exterior construction ensure durability and food safety compliance. Ventilated refrigeration with air defrost system optimizes cooling performance.
